It's all too much

A penalty shoot-out in the cup final and the Eurovision song contest all in one day - how much excitement can a gal take. (Un)fortunately I was awake ridiculously early this morning and then we went for a lovely, long walk in the sunshine so I don't have the energy to celebrate these two national institutions. Not that I hold out much hope for the UK entry, like last year, a TV talent show reject. I guess it will depend on how the rest of Europe sees the UK politically this time round. But what about Ireland - one of the most successful nations in the past - surely there song wasn't so good that it shouldn't be in the final!!
